Health Activities For Older People Aged 65+
Medical and Health Terminology Class
Every Tuesday 11am to 13pm on Zoom. Aims are to provide a social cultural environment, enhance social inclusion and opportunities to share experiences among Chinese Older people aged over 60. Activities including learning medical and health terms in English, group discussion and outdoor activities. Currently has 30 people in the group and facilitated by CHIC staff.

Weekly Walking To Health Self Help Group
On every Friday morning from 10:30am-12:00 noon. A team of CHIC volunteers will lead the Walking To Health Group for 1.5 hours walk around local areas based in the City Centre. The meeting point is at the Casino next to Pearl City in Chinatown. The walk is led by CHIC volunteers. For more details please contact CHIC 0161 2280138.
