On the 11 October 2011, a health day was held in Tung Sing Housing Association in order to respond to the World Mental Health Day campaign. Our aims are to raise awareness on mental health among Chinese population in Manchester and the topics of the day were Alzheimer’s Disease and Sleep Disorders. The Nurse Operational Manager, Shirley He gave the health talk in Cantonese. Free BMI and blood pressure checks were given to the audience. In total 47 people attended the talk this includes 11 male and 36 female.
