On 22^nd January 2011, after the children’s activities, followed by the Canal Walk. An Achievement Award was presented to 3 mothers and 6 children for completing the full 12 weeks walking programme.

“Osteoporosis & Joints” health talk on 11 January 2011. Dr. Howard Kong (GP) explaining in Cantonese the causes and risk factors ( including age, gender, diet) of osteoporosis to 23 people from the local Chinese community.
