Focus Group Meeting at Little Yang Sing Restaurant on 3rd July 2014 A Focus Group Meeting was held to obtain views and information about the Roof Garden Project at the Yang Sing Restaurant next year. Kieron from the Sow the City facilitated the meeting. A Cantonese volunteer interpreter was used. The group was asked what sort of fruits and vegetables they would like to grow, ideas of designing the garden and so on. The first lesson (see photos) was on 31-5-2014, 8 people took part. They were taught how to sow the see in plug tray, how to choose suitable fruits and vegetables in different seasons. After much this discussion it was planned to plant some fruits and vegetables around the garden in Chinatown.
